The app has many problems, it will log itself out and then won't log in for hours if not days. Normally I don't need to use the app but when I want to it barely works. I'm using a new handset and it does the same thing. on top of this they charge £5 a month for a charge pass, which is not worth the money as we can't plan a journey or log on. The prices are high and I can't see any benefits.

Connectivity and stability have been improved but still lacks content. You can locate the vehicle, plan a route and find chargers and service centres. in terms of controls and info you can see SOC%, range and set cabin conditioning and turn lights on. You can't currently lock/unlock or see lock state or the same for doors/windows. There is no odo or trip information and hence no distance to next service. You can't configure interior lights or styles. Charge history is basic.

Cannot connect to the car anymore since middle of November - which prevents the only uses of this app and still no update to fix this problem from Renault. edit: contacted Renault through as many ways as possible, and it has been months now that we are "on hold" as no solution is in sight. So now we risk being fined when charging our car as we simply cannot know what the % is.
